LMS Planning is run by Lisa Saraceni, drawing on a diverse career within the government and private sectors, having worked Australia wide for almost 20 years.
Lisa is a skilful negotiator, engagement professional and talented town planning specialist. Her experience ranges from undertaking planning applications and project management for complex developments, reforming state wide planning systems, working with Ministerial advisers and delivering city-shaping planning strategies across Australia.
Lisa has qualifications in both Town Planning and Project Management and has extensive experience working on major projects throughout Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland, NSW and Tasmania.

Plan Melbourne
2017 - 2050
Plan Melbourne 2050 is Victoria's central economic and infrastructure investment planning strategy. The project included the development of an infrastructure funding blueprint with a supporting residential and activity centre site rezoning plan.
Better Planning Approvals Program
Working with DTP VIC, Lisa partnered with her team to improve and reform non-legislative planning processes for all Councils across Victoria.
The project involved rigorous consultation and stakeholder engagement processes.
Scarborough Beachfront Scheme Amendment
Scarborough Beachfront has undergone significant transformation over the last decade. Lisa was involved in the initial Scheme Amendment and associated planning strategy, which supported the rezoning and commercial uplift of the area.
Solar Farm and BESS Three Springs WA
This complex renewables project involved collaborating closely with the client in navigating an expedited planning pathway as well as writing the associated development application for WA's largest proposed solar farm. The project also involved running of the community consultation process.
Melton Town Centre Revitalisation Plan and Residential Development
The Melton Town Centre project involved working with both government and private investment stakeholders in developing the planning strategy for the revitalisation of Melton Town Centre, as well as undertaking associated townhouse development applications.
Docklands Asset Divestment and Housing Plan
Supporting the City of Melbourne, Lisa worked with key state and local government stakeholders in producing a strategy for the diversification and retention of assets throughout Dockalnds, as well as identifying growth plans for vacant housing.
